Dr. Eggleston was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He interned at the Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco and served as Major in the U.S. Army as a flight surgeon in Europe for three years. Dr. Eggleston's residency training in ophthalmology was at the University of Kansas. He was in private practice in Spokane, Washington for twelve years and has practiced in the valley since 1986. Dr. Eggleston was the 1998 local chapter president of the Idaho Medical Association and prides himself on keeping up with the latest advances in the industry attending seminars and taking classes. At the request of Surgeon General, C. Everett Koop, Dr. Eggleston was a consultant for a Time Life Medical video series on cataracts. He has been both a faculty member and a teacher at several cataract-training seminars. Dr. Eggleston has been doing refractive surgeries since 1981 and has performed hundreds of procedures. Dr. Eggleston is committed to providing the latest in eye care technology to his patients. Dr Eggleston and his wife Betty have five children and 18 grandchildren. Dr. Eggleston enjoys fishing, golfing and other outdoor activities when not working or researching the latest ophthalmologic techniques. |

Dr. Mark T. Eggleston graduated from the University of Idaho in 1990, earned his Master's degree from Kansas State University in 1992, completed his medical school training at Creighton University in 1997 and completed his ophthalmology residency training at the University of Nebraska in July 2001. Dr. Mark T. Eggleston has experience with a wide range of ophthalmic procedures including routine eye exams, pediatric eye exams and surgeries, cataract and corneal surgeries, laser procedures for glaucoma, diabetes and other retinal disorders. Dr. Mark T. Eggleston and his wife Melanie have eight children. He enjoys spending time with his family and many outdoor activities. |

| Dr. Chad Bouterse, D.O. | |
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Chad Bouterse will see patients in both the Clarkston and Pullman office. Dr. Bouterse has special training in surgery and diseases of the cornea, including penetrating and endothelial transplants. This also includes refractive eye surgeries, such as LASIK and PRK, which reduce the dependency on glasses or contact lenses. He will also be seeing patients for routine eye exams, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of ocular conditions such as Cataracts, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Dry Eyes, Infections of the Ocular Surface, and Surgeries of the Eye. He received his bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. He then received his doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bouterse was a Corneal Fellow at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ. Dr. Bouterse enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, and spending time with his wife Sally and son Miles. |

Dr. Dorian Rammell is from Southeast, Idaho. Dorian attended Idaho State University and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in zoology in 2004. He then headed to Memphis, Tennessee to attend school at the Southern College of Optometry. He graduated in 2008. After spending one year in Wisconsin in a corporate position, he decided to come back west where most of his family resides. Dorian lives in Clarkston with his wife Desireè (also from Southeast Idaho), two beautiful girls Olivia and Meg, and has a new baby on the way. Dorian enjoys all kinds of sports, running, good food, and spending time with his family. The Rammells are very excited to be in Clarkston, Washington and to help the community with their eye care needs. |
